Hello, I’m Steve Warshaw and I research, review, and write how-to guides for Top Internet Guides. I have 12 years of experience in software quality assurance, and have written reviews and specifications for a vast variety of different software products. I started my first software blog in May, 2002, about software testing best practices for outsourced test managers.
Transitioning to writting useful guides was farily simple. I have always been a representative for the public from the perspective of an “inside” man. The expereince taught me to understand what customers want and be able to communicate that to a group of designers and engineers.
